I hate shit like this. When the participants of these town halls are sold to the audience watching at home as undecided or neutral, they better make sure that their audience actually meets these criteria.

When Osburn was selected to ask a question of Biden, his profession was only shown as "communications." He was introduced by Stephanopoulos only as a "Philadelphia Democrat."
So yeah, they should've been more explicit about his position in the Obama administration, but the guy wasn't presented as an undecided voter.
