i guess i don't know what kind of joke you're all trying to make then. this was just blatantly false and not even a joke.
Biden is looking at a Justice only because of sex/race.
Trump has released a list of potential justice candidates based upon skill. (and you immediately call sexism because you can't read)

Ha, what a cuck. What are the odds that the most skilled candidates are all women? Zero. Trump is choosing based on sex and if you cant see it youre a liberal cuck sjw idiot Nazi Communist sexist racist

Right when I heard RBG died I assumed Trump would try to fill the spot with a fem. After the Kavanaugh debacle it makes the most sense, women aren't as easy to attack/unimpeachable. It's safer and safe is needed especially with time constraints. Also with RBG being a -1 fem for the scotus it's a good look overall, for balance purposes.

you keep to the joke but fail to see how you're just a joke. your candidate "is" guilty of this, which is why he's open to criticism on the subject.

out of the list of nearly 50 potential justices listed by Trump, 5 of them work in a district for the court of appeals. 4 or those 5 are women.
it's still just media speculation that Trump will pick someone from the court of appeals. however, those in the court of appeals do have experience.

Biden will just make sure they are black and a woman, because all he can focus on is racism and sexism. it's quite racist and sexist.

Susan Collins tweeted basically that the SCOTUS pick should not be voted on until after the election.

https://twitter.com/SenatorCollins/status/1307412600397987842?s=20

So we can basically guarantee she won't vote in favor.

Mitt Romney, let's be real, he probably won't vote in favor.

On principal, this is at least the move consistent with the party position in 2016.

Pragmatically, they should really be working to sway them back into the fold. It'll be interesting to see what happens. Romney won his senate seat 70/30 in 2018 against his primary opponent and 62/31 in the general for his seat, so I'd say they don't have much chance of unseating him and he doesn't come up for election for another 4 years regardless. So I don't know how they can really sway him.

Collins looks to be up this term and isn't doing well based on some headlines about polling. She seems the easiest to sway maybe.

She's in a super tight reelection race in her light-blue home state, and she's already in hot water with her voters at home because of her vote for Kavanaugh - a statement like this is basically what she has to say in her current situation. Collins definitely doesnt want to take a vote on this nominee before her own election. But if she loses, I see no reason for her not to go "screw it" and vote to confirm anyway.

I really dont think Romney will pass up on the opportunity to swing the Supreme Court hard to the right as long as Trump picks a sane, well-qualified nominee. The one I'm most sure will not vote to confirm is Murkowski; she'll most likely become an independent or even a Democrat after the election anyway.

Romney is a rockstar in Utah and that will never change regardless of what he does.
