David Duke is a well established white supremacist and criminal. We do not accept any left-wing nutjob to be a representative for the entire left-wing crowd, so I also don't think we should stoop to that level when talking about right-wing nutjobs.
The best thing you can do with David Duke is ignore him completely, and stop giving him a platform to create conflict. It's the only thing he thrives on.
