Then what what? Get rid of the executive branch entirely. The legislature and courts are all that is necessary. Eliminate the cap on Congressional representatives set in 1929 as well. Use James Madison's system of one House rep per 30,000 citizens. We don't need a physical Congress anymore anyway. Washington D.C. serves no purpose in an online world.
