Tell me how mail in ballots aren’t secure without using the fake as fuck examples from his blog post (e.g. replacing the ballot which won’t work because of signature match and serial number issues, shit that is super obvious to anyone who has ever worked an actual election like me).

As far as I can tell Nevada doesn't even require a signature on their ballot, but since you can't post their ballot online it's hard to confirm.

Really, the fact that we have 50 different election systems is the problem. There needs to be some federal oversight to ensure a minimum level of security for the sake of consistency at least. Some states do good, others probably don't, but with 50 systems... yeah.

The federal government taking over would make it even easier for Republicans to cheat.

There are a lot more cases of Republicans cheating. Most known cases of voter fraud and election fraud were committed by Republicans. I don’t like the Democrats either, but Republicans are a minority in this country and cheating is their main lifeline.

The Republicans conducted an investigation into supposed "Democratic voter fraud" and couldn't find anything so they shut down their commission. You and I both know they'd love to have found something that they could use to drive their supporters into a violent rage, but they didn't.
