As far as I can tell Nevada doesn't even require a signature on their ballot, but since you can't post their ballot online it's hard to confirm.
Really, the fact that we have 50 different election systems is the problem. There needs to be some federal oversight to ensure a minimum level of security for the sake of consistency at least. Some states do good, others probably don't, but with 50 systems... yeah.
