sounds like a black man and some hedge trimmers
LOL

somehow I feel like breaking into a strangers house by force in the middle of the night, ransacking it and stealing a pair of trimmers while his kids hide scared of the home invader, is a bit more serious
I never thought any of this felony vs misdemeanor vs who cares stuff was too hard to differentiate. Just today we had the sheriff's office that serves Hugo put out a statement saying John Thompson didn't violate any felony statutes when he menaced children at the Bob Kroll protest yesterday that was caught on camera. Well duh, its not like he broke into their homes and started threatening them. Being a public nuisance and menacing people in public is a misdemeanor. Breaking into a home for a burglary is a felony. Having a domestic dispute and breaking a $50 phone by someone who doesn't want to press charges is something the justice system should leave alone
