Estrodial doesn't effectively lower testosterone levels on its own. They weren't attempting to lower his testosterone with anti-androgens, they were attempting to increase his estrogen levels to feminize his behavior. That's not some medically insignificant quibble. He didn't have very high testosterone to begin with, and they didn't put him on medication to lower his testosterone, instead they ascribed his behavior to elevated testosterone and decided pump him full of female sex hormones to change his behavior- and necessarily his physiology. You keep acting as if they put him on a testosterone lowering regime, they didn't. They put him on gender transition hormones. The 'normal' prescription for HRT is to give 2 mm estrodial daily and testosterone blockers like spironolactone, and increasing to 6-8 mm estrogen daily.

They weren't lowering some kids too-high t-levels. They were giving him female hormones for the explicit purpose of changing his behavior to be more feminine, and the actual effect of making his sexual development more feminine.

You have no facts and the doctors would actually violate this patient's rights by revealing protected health information.

If you do have the inside scoop, maybe some discharge papers, then let us know why the patient was incarcerated, and if his parents have decision making power in his life because incarceration children often have court appointed guardians due to the poor parenting that led them to kiddie jail.

So Dx, reason for incarceration, who is guardian, and something besides feelz, or gtfo with this.
