Idgaf what people do in the privacy of their own home. But if you're doing anything public (which posting porn on the internet definitely is), it can definitely impact your business.

Only if the person is identifiable as an employee of the company in the vid.
If a waitress is posting a porn which was filmed in her own house, but in which she's wearing her restaurant's uniform, that's of course grounds to sanction or even fire her.
However, if there is no recognizable connection to her employer in the vid, then I personally think it's her private business and she shouldnt be allowed to be formally sanctioned for it.

Why should it? Why the hell should her posting some porn have any affect on the way she does her job? It makes no sense to me.

he's not saying that.. what he is saying (i think) that if *said business can be connected to unacceptable behavior. They have the right to sever ties to that person.
