Only if the person is identifiable as an employee of the company in the vid.
If a waitress is posting a porn which was filmed in her own house, but in which she's wearing her restaurant's uniform, that's of course grounds to sanction or even fire her.
However, if there is no recognizable connection to her employer in the vid, then I personally think it's her private business and she shouldnt be allowed to be formally sanctioned for it.
