Yeah, they goofed big time. Had they left out names of actual people they were portraying, they likely would have gotten away with it.

I'm happy they're going to have to eat it.

I'm confident in Fairstein. I guess Weinstein had even appointed her for his defense before. Lol. So, I think that speaks to the volume of just how powerful and successful she is seen as being an attorney.
