If they would have me. I could probably do a support role at this point but I doubt I could be infantry or anything of the sort.

to be fair, it was overblown by propaganda, and in reality it was even somewhat 'successful' (disruptive) - and it's not like they really outright charged tanks on horseback.
the general inferiority in equipment, army structuring and organisation, and leadership was also not unique to the poles. french military leadership had similarly stubborn and old-fashioned concepts of warfare, and germany was admittedly pretty innovative in that regard.

if anything that story should be seen as testament to the bravery of polish soldiers, but i understand why they would be a bit touchy when it comes to that trope...

how about making some kind of contract, let's call it a 'deal' with them, that would effectively and verifiably stop them from developing nukes, have international inspectors in their country to confirm they're adhering to the NPT, and ease tensions between them and the west by lifting some of the most crippling sanctions?

i mean, wouldn't that be better than war? i am sure a master negotiator could make something like that easily happen... oh, right...

Obama's deal was trash. It will always be trash. If by ease tensions you mean give up all of our leverage and fund their ballistic missile research/terrorist operations I'm good on that.

it was the world's deal with iran, not just obama's. i mean i get how he's a red rag for the trump cult, but that doesn't mean the deal was exclusively his doing.

how is preventing iran from having nukes without going to war 'trash'? do you have an actual argument, or just fox news talking points? do you think iran doesn't fund their military research either way? the people who suffer the most from trump's sanctions are those that hate their government anyway.
the deal stopped their entire nuclear program, the IAEA confirmed that. it's called diplomacy, you get something, and you concede another thing. america has nukes AND terrorises civilians in the middle east, but you don't seem to have a problem with that, do you? you know what soleimani's main goal was? to get america out of iraq. assassinating him made the iraqis disinvite you. take the hint and leave, and the whole situation might de-escalate.

It was Obama's deal stop kidding yourself. Without the US the deal had no meaning.

10 years where they can research (well funded because of this deal) their delivery system, to increase their funding of terrorism in the region, to build up a war chest and after all that grab all the idiots that signed that deal by the balls and squeeze as they develop their nuclear material to put into their nice missile protected by their well funded military.

You don't think I have a problem with us being in the ME? I'd love to pull out. I wouldn't love watching the region turn even more chaotic.
