The idea that transgender persons are being criminalized is completely unsubstantiated nonsense.
No transgender rights are being taken.

Declaring controversial leftist policies are a 'no brainer' w/o justification does not actually make them no-brainers.
Mandating higher minimum wages for example have a number of drawbacks that you haven't identified let alone addressed.
Saying 'all americans deserve x' is a feelings-based declaration and doesn't make the government mandating policies a 'no brainer'

Calling the idea that taxpayers shouldn't pay for everyone's college debts a "disgrace" doesn't actually make it so, and doesn't erase the legitimate arguments against it.


The idea that americans w/ a degree and working over 40 hours aren't even surviving is hyperbole, not an argument.
American wages are above most of the world and banning relatively low wage jobs doesn't magically give everyone high paying jobs.

I love how modern conservatives basically act like a living wage is impossible and conveniently ignore the fact that it has been the standard for basically all of human history up until they broke it.

Throughout virtually all of human history most humans lived in remarkably worse conditions with much lower income than people in the modern US.
What is being called a 'living wage' by some people is more money than an overwhelmingly majority of the world makes.


The claim isn't that a so-called living wage is 'impossible', but rather that there are a variety of undesirable effects that come with a government edict that bans jobs leftists determine aren't a 'living wage'.
