Incorrect.
A person that has these rights must identify themselves. children argue semantics, building the strawman, It isnt' about an address, or a picture, it is about the existing processes in which we as Humans identify each other.
A person has to identify themselves as that person, or else then every single person on the planet would be able to go into an american gun store and willy nilly buy guns to be used for things other than hunting ducks.
If only Americans have the right, then how can someone discern that the patron is an American???!?!?!? IDENTIFICATION.
I am a moron, yet you cannot grasp the excruciatingly simple concept of why I need to show that I am an American to buy a gun.
It's not children that argue semantics, it's lawyers. Because words mean things. If this were about IDENTIFYING the people buying ammunition, one would have to simply present their identification, like we do in every other state that isn't retarded like California. In California, it isn't about IDENTIFYING people buying ammunition, because if it was, then presenting your ID would suffice. This is about creating barriers to the exercise of people's rights, in the name of "safety."
No matter how many times you mention the word gun, it is clearly lost on you that this is about ammunition, without which, a gun is a club.
