Because like nothing questions God, no one is permitted to question the actions of government. The only check on government is government itself.

Yeah because liberals don't constantly rail against conservative government's and conservatives didn't go ape shit from 2008 to 2016.

It's obvious this isn't a typical police course of action, it's very relevant.

"Shoplift" was probably the initial crime, however, I'm sure additional crimes and/or actions continued (I haven't looked into this case).

It's the same premise as, "Cops kill unarmed black man", or "Man doing garden work gets shot by police". Yet, if you actually read the actual case, there is far more to the story. Usually a suspect assaulting a PO/trying to take the officers gun.

In most cases, yet in almost all the cases, the police have been in the right. And did take appropriate actions.

Only recent exception based on the details that I know of is the Texas one with the woman shot through the window, that may have even been an accidental discharge. Based on what I know, it was handled poorly though.

it's relevant to see why the cops exploded the house, it's not relevant to the OP's question of why the homeowner isn't being compensated.

The value of a home isnt determined by if it is occupied

In a situation like this, if it were occupied, and expensive furniture and personal belongings were damaged, he may have been granted a higher payout based on his insurance coverage
