You don't have to be so racist. Poor people come in all colors and they do the same shit. The heroin epidemic wouldn't have been nearly what it was if it wasn't for all those dumb hillbillies getting addicted to oxycontin. And in Ohio alone we lost more people to heroin in a year than Americans who died in the Vietnam war.

I think you mean "are convicted of equal numbers of crime", because convictions aren't reliable indicators of crime distribution across populations.

Haha yeah, every white person i know has done drugs, almost the only people i know who have done time for it are black/aboriginal.
Except my step brother, he did 4 years but he ran some one over whilst high on ice.

for the record im referring to violent crime as I don't support imprisoning people over using drugs

That crime rates are actually really hard to measure, since the data that is collected tends to be collected poorly, and the conviction rate under the same sets of circumstances aren't identical across races.

It's actually really god damn hard to know crime rates with any degree of certainty.
