I would imagine that as soon as the current total BS stops, Trump will get around to that.

The people don't get their presidential choice with the popular vote, so they use the lower courts and the Mueller investigation and accusations of Russian election meddling, to try to do it anyways.
Kind of like all the crap that May is going through over there, only it's not quite as vicious in the UK.
