With as contentious as SC nominees have been over the past 25-30 years, having a nominee confirmed by the end of July is almost impossible.

I guess but it opens up the potential for a ruling on the legality of abortion itself which could result in federal ban.

I doubt Roe v. Wade is undone though.

Trump should nominate Garland. I'd respect that.

I already think the world is over breeding. I think euthanasia should be legal for any reason at all, as well.

BUT, I don't think abortion should be legal until we can prove when the fetus first becomes conscious, aka, first says I. After we can prove that, then I think it should be ok, before the time of consciousness only.

We already know that that won't stop abortions from happening. Instead of going to a clinic desperate women will go on drug benders, physically injure themselves or worse.

If Roe v Wade does get overturned, I do hope that Republicans will change their mind about PP clinics though. Those clinics are worth their money a couple times over, I'd imagine.

Would the McCain/Murkowski/Collins type senators vote against a super conservative nominee?
