Yes to your question, thought I made this clear awhile back. I’m happy Russia exposed the corrupt dnc. As far as twitter and fake news, it’s the way the game is played. Your girl lost no need to qq now. We had the mass media, Wall Street, Hollywood & Washington establishment, dozens of nations vs Trump so no i won’t shed tears that Russia evened the field.
Not a deflection but it’s the logical conclusion of my argument which once again If you thought in more than one dimension you’d see it’s relevance
The thread is about the UK... we all know Hillary lost, it's been over a year. Is it possible to have a rational discussion about foreign policy and Russia without bringing up the tired anti-Hillary talking points? She's irrelevant now.
I'm not sure what you mean by "it's the way the game is played". If you mean that we shouldn't be surprised Russia is running a propaganda campaign through social media, I agree. I'd also say(and I don't know if you would agree with this) we should work to combat this sort of propaganda, and we should create consequences when Russia does this sort of thing.
You seem to take pride in having the perspective of a citizen of the world, so wouldn't you expect Russia to retaliate had we hacked the emails of party officials in Russia? Or if we ran a comprehensive propaganda campaign to sow discord in their country? Even if I were to accept your equivocation between the US and Russia(no good powers, no bad powers), it's just good sense for major powers to respond to these actions.
