So the solution to end the cycle is to...perpetuate the cycle? Plenty of people are making it out of poverty and improving their lives with government assistance. You're wanting to shut down an entire system because a few people abuse it.
Then you have the audacity to think your education, social security, and emergency services outweighs
children not starving to death. You're giving them the death penalty for crimes they
might commit a decade from now.
