You missed the commemoration of august 31st, the 8th anniversary of the al-aimmah bridge stampede in baghdad that killed 953 innocent civilians, a senseless tragedy
Thanks for the false equivalency. I see where you're going. Thanks, but no thanks.

isnt it the 9th? someones going to make another thread 2 days from now with red/bold
The whole idea is to head that off at the pass. Last year's thread was written on the 10th. Happy birthday tomorrow though.

Copy pasta from the last thread about this dumb shit.
I get that it was tragic and all...but seriously...3k people died in the whole event of the towers.
10x that die in JUST car crashes each year, in the US alone.
Hell, there are more suicides in this country, per year, than that.
RX overdose?
Illegal substance overdose?
Alcohol abuse?
I really don't understand the hangup on this one event, 12 years now after it happened.
Life goes on for the rest of us, stop dwelling on the past.
Oh, and for the pro-war reres in here, 3k people died in the towers, how many troops have we lost now b/c of the war we started over that incident?
Think about that. Our government tries to justify the death of 3k people, by sending even more people to die.
I guess we should just stop driving, stop medicating sick people, wage the drug war harder and ban booze. Right?
How old were you then? Because I can understand kids not attaching the same importance to the event as adults at the time did.
WE started? I mean, if you want to get into really loose tangents going back decades, maybe. Otherwise, no. WE didn't start it.
