As I have said before - if both adults cannot come to an agreement - should be as followed. It takes two people to create a child, and both weight should be considered.

Both want - Raise the child
Man wants, woman doesnt - Have the child, woman signs off all rights, man lives happy ever after.
Woman wants, man doesnt - Have the child, man signs off all rights, woman is unable to collect child support.
Both do not want - abort

And she now has to deal with that sack of shits BS for eighteen years while she tries to get him to own up to his responsibilities. Most women are unsuccessful in this, why there are so many children with one parent.
