As I said twice, profiling based on political preference is wrong. But if we had the ability to prosecute these groups in accordance with the law, most of them would be guilty of tax fraud. The cross-tabs that score by self-identified ideology and not 2012 vote share bare this out. Democrats are treated to much more information and analysis on background checks, immigration reform, filibuster reform, the budget battle, VAWA, the fiscal cliff, and all the other things that have occurred over the last 8 months while Faux News has been going on and on and on about Benghazi.

The problem with each of your assumptions is scoring, but that's not entirely your fault because PPP accepted a poll with 8% who claimed they voted for someone else/couldn't remember (read: Romney), and you're not able to interpret findings adequately enough to know how hiccups in self-identification and leaners change things.
