tie him to a chair, restrict his air flow with gags and then spray him down with it hourly.

oh yeah, and then ignore him/spray him with more pepper spray as he pleads for help.

I am willing to bet he was being an uncontrollable asshole.

im willing to bet the police were trying to kill him in such a way they could get away with it.

there are laws that require medical examiners on site prior to and while an individual is restrained.

Yeah a bunch of guys just got together and killed some one for no reason, i am sure his wife called the police on him for being a law abiding citizen.

they are cops, i wouldnt doubt it.

this is what happens when the inbred favortisim of the police is left unchecked, they just keep pushing th limit fruther and fruther.

is say the entre police force should be fired and barred from working in the police ever again, the judge who ruled the police innocent as wella s the da should all also be fired and bared from working in the judical section ever again.
