Why is it that these terrorists hate America so much and not other countries, such as Sweden (or something else)?

A combination of the fact that we're seen as the leader of the Western democracies and the fact that we've done the most fucking with the Middle East over the last 40 years or so.

Question is... where is the money to be made?
