I personally think that it's a bigger problem that there even exists a subforum "Christian Fellowship" when there exists no subforum for any other religion. That's quite unjust.

Does anyone fellowship? I wasn't aware that it was a verb.  ;)

And yes, you may call a group of friends among atheists a fellowship, it is not particular to a single belief or practice. Should I request a subforum for the Atheist Fellowship now?

In Christian circles fellowship is used as a verb to describe the interactioning between believers when they gather .

I think people are missing the main idea behind the new forum . It is simply a place where believers can talk about a mutual interest without the hatred and rancor that it would generate on PaRD .

Why allow a Christian subforum but not an Islamic subforum? Why is Political and Religious Discussion not adequate for the purpose of Christian discussion?

Well I believe that in JSP forums at least, it is assumed that is is 'The Christian Fellowship', not 'Christian Fellowshipping'

Please tell me how the bolded does not fall under the category of Political and Religious Discussion? Also tell me why only Christians should be able to indulge in the 'comfort and dignity' of such a subforum?

Where does one draw the line?

I strongly disagree .You are making it sound like the KKK .

If the forum was conceived by a mature Christian he or she would know exactly what is meant by Christian fellowship .

How is it at all fair or morally justified to allow only one religion in particular to have an entire sub-forum for discussion?
