None in todays age, all in the founding fathers time.
Which is why they left it up to them in the first place.
The goal was to prevent different Christian sects from fighting over a national declaration.

Quote
First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

with the first amendment in place that wouldnt have happened anyways.

Correct, because they wanted to leave it up to the state and created the 1st amnd. to make sure it was.

this is incorrect. there were 2 branches of the founding fathers, ones that wanted just federal law, and ones that wanted just state law. in the end they made a compromise, that states could have their own laws, but be subject to federal law which supersedes it. so states can make laws as long as they do not violate federal law, so anything beyond having a state law to declare an official religious sect as their mascot would never have stood up to scrutiny. not in the time of the founding fathers or today.

just the statement of "they wanted to leave it up to the state" isn't correct. half of the founding fathers didnt want states to have almost any power at all.

You got that information from the internet.
The same internet that says chem trails and weather manipulation aren't real.

Lol if you have reason to doubt it you should be able to form a cohesive argument to that effect. You have not done that.

I’ve read Jefferson’s autobiography which discusses the statute at length, and I’ve been to his grave. Writing the declaration of independence, the Virginia statute for religious freedom, and founding the university of Virginia are the only accomplishments he wanted on his memorial stone. The statute you don’t believe in for no reason at all, was more important even than his presidency in the man’s own estimation.
