Old Joe couldn't do anything because it was PENDING LITIGATION. The Democrats were focused on the people. Releasing the files was a Donny campaign promise.

Im sure you don't know what pending litigation means, and will only be able to rebuttal with "REE" as usual. Ghislaine Maxwell was an active case.
