The USA and even partly Canada are disgustingly obese, largely seditary, and have in general littler regards for their health.

I'd like to see some changes to Canada where guidelines are set that actually bar people from access to public health funds due to poor life choices. Now where do we draw that line and how do we make that judgement call that's the difficult part. Hurt while speeding / doing something illegal, should that not be covered? Obese? Doing highly risky legal activities. It's a hard line to draw in the sand but a start would be ideal.
