It sounds like at least part of the Israeli attack was right out of that pandora's box: They had smuggled drones into Iran and launched from carriers inside Tehran rather than being long range.
Same situation, same potential for perfidy, depending on how they got the weapons in.
Iran launched a fleet of drones against Israel but so far have been visibly shot down, with Israel prepped for just this kind of retaliation. Not clear if any Iranian drones have reached Israel at all.
