Not true. Kilmar was already asked to leave by a judge when his asylum was revoked. He didn’t even try to fix his process and just become a citizen (which is a lot easier after you are granted asylum).

He just wasn’t given ANOTHER court date after his arrest. Generally you don’t. Once you are requested to leave and you don’t the next time they catch you they just deport you.

His case is much different than the 19 year old who was currently in the process that those idiots just snatched off the street.
