Edit: Joe had a Carl Sagan quote in his signature on the forum. I just had a funny thought that Sagan had a lot of views that would have modern liberals attacking him.

you also tattled on yourself. you admitted you dont listen much anymore then go on to say his opinions havent changed. take a gander at any episode of his before the spotify deal, then listen to any of them from the last 6 months. then post again about how he hasnt changed at all :rofl:

The political climate has changed a lot. Only a few decades ago in 1977 it was the democrats of ACLU who were supporting free speech to give nazis space to demonstrate. Now it's the republicans who advocate free speech. The current-day democrats seem to want more controlled speech. I can see both having positives and negatives.

My opinion is I would prefer free speech as long as there's no violent actions or harm to persons or property, no matter what is being said.

I think it's an interesting change in the political climate none the less.

Yeah, I don't listen much any more but I do still catch an episode once in a while, have probably watched 2-3 in the past six months and I didn't see any new political opinions in them.

I'm willing to agree with you if you can give me examples of political opinions he's flipped on. You have to provide the specific examples though, you can't just tell me to go watch a three hour podcast without even telling me which one...

this video is 11 minutes and touches on the values related changes. i am all for people changing their minds because people grow up and life happens but Rogan has done complete 180s on a LOT of his beliefs. i used to watch his videos and still watch if he has an interesting guest but hes a full-on right winger now, through and through

Are there any critiques of Joe Rogan that aren't from women or gay men (like this video)? The most persuasive argument on why the left hates him is that he is masculine, and this only bolsters that argument

That entire video fails to provide a single example of Joe Rogan switching a specific political view--just like you have failed to do. Every sound clip of Rogan in that video is saying the same sorts of things, promoting the same left-leaning ideas. Where are the examples of him saying the opposite?

It should also be noted that you claimed that he was "never" very left leaning, and then posted a video of him stating a bunch of very left-leaning political views. Do you have a definition of "never" that I haven't seen er what?
