I'm talking bout third world migrants/slaves. The ones who don't belong in first world countries and ruin them because they ain't able to be on par with first world citizens. Only reason they here is because Corporations want cheap slaves. Because these slaves come here, politicians/cities don't invest on veterans/homeless as much as they should because they rather fight to own these third world slaves to make a profit.
