The hundreds of patents would lead any person of logic to see that not only can the government do it they are doing it. You see the patent for stratospheric aerosol injections of aluminum nanoparticulate to be used in SRM(Solar radiation management). Then when people do a chemical test and find it in the soil, water, air around them TODAY you realize they already implemented this technology without the consent of the public because as you said only "god" can affect the climate.

This has absolutely nothing to do with whatever crazy conspiracy you are concocting in your head. The forecast models were expecting hurricanes of very strong intensity for nearly 4 months now. Nothing to do with global warming though it may have had an ever so slightly small affect. Hurricanes could possibly be affected by it but not to any significant extent. No weather professional wishes death on innocent people.
