the only item i disagree with to any reasonable degree is the US dollar as the world reserve currency. i think the time of the world's super power controlling the currency for the globe has passed, largely due to money printing. at least in the era of silver and gold coinage countries like spain and england had to commit to full on invasions of foreign nations to plunder their ore in order to inflate available currency. between china, the EU, and the US money comes from no where and is tied to not much other than US military might, trade relationships and oil reserves.
