Every black in America should get $500,000 each, including children.
In exchange, they must all go home and never come back.

There should be reparations, but with stipulations.

Not every black person in America descended from slaves in America.

What are the pros and cons?

Pros:

Less crime
happy black people
more black businesses

Cons:

White people very angry.
Other races and ethnicities very jealous
