Real way is to close the boarders and stop drugs. People don't become homeless for random reasons. Thing is that it takes authority out in the streets to do it, and ya'll don't want police or anything near it.
It's a complex situation for sure; definitely not random, I agree.

I don't pretend to know the solution, but certainly as much as anyone, have some opinions. It's just that whether we can come up with a plan and pricetag is eternally challenged by people not wanting such services in their own community, so even if we could come up with something, where would we coordinate/build it?
