Yes but only on the condition that it's sentenced to those that have overwhelming evidence against them with a very minimal to no chance of rehabilitation, along with speeding up and lowering the cost of the process.

Definitely on board with something like this. I assumed one of the reasons they prolong their sentence is to get some psych studies and thought processes on serial killers etc.
