there's literally federal law allowing paroling of immigrants. its being exploited by Biden, but it's not illegal, just unprecedented.

I don't think "exploited" is a strong enough term for what the Biden administration has been doing.

I am kind of tripping on this, my land is in south Texas, uvalde being the nearest civilization. If anything does happen it will absolutely effect me.

Pretty much this. I can't imagine the boots on the ground are okay with the treacherous commander and chief, maybe some top ranks will play for their pay.

exploiting is the exact right strength word.

the law states that the president may through his agents offer pardons to immigrants and parole them into the united states if they are asylum seekers. the law has it's basis in the red scare to try and steal nationals away from Cuba and the soviet union to drive narratives of the horrors of communism.

the law does not have limits on the number the president can pardon, nor does it outline the specifics of what asylum seekers qualify. no age or sex requirements. nothing. its a vague law, and he's over using it. but in zero way is it illegal. unwise? exploitative? destructive? yes, yes, and yes. illegal? no. the law is simple.

Well the affected RED states, can keep shipping all these pardoned ILLEGAL immigrants to the BLUE states.
This has worked well so far, and it has the added bonus of... relocating the illegals to the states of the commie bastards who caused the problem.



We will have to change the old saying: "Let them eat cake". to "Let them eat illegal immigrants".

"pardoned" vs "illegal". pick one, that's an oxymoron. the majority of them weren't even caught by ICE, they crossed in checkpoints after individual screening.

No it isn't. You're illegal first, and THEN you can be pardoned.

no. you're across the mexican border, in mexico. and you download a phone app. then schedule an appointment at a border crossing checkpoint. then you have a meeting and get screened, then you're let legally into the US.

at least that was the path for the majority of those pardoned. some minority percent were illegals, then pardoned. but that's a minority. we've taken in about as many afghans and ukrainians as we have pardoned illegals. the far larger number is the amount we let in legally.
