The procedure is similar I would say regardless of how rhe impregnation happened. However the forced will have more impact and I would say that the mental state of someone of the forced would be more relieved then having a child of an unwanted man or family member.

Put the offender in jail, and after the baby is born, the mother can keep it or put it up for adoption.

Theres like 113k children already waiting to be adopted, and I highly doubt a younger age female is going to want a child from a family member. Sure, you can lock up he offender but you are already subjecting an innocent child a chance at emotional issues after the high chance they found out who the father is. Rather then take care of what the mother may want.
