People who want the kid locked up should read the article, sounds like his issues were known and being dealt with appropriately before the agency placed him back in school, also sounds like the mother questioned it and was against the idea but had no choice.
He has three prior battery arrests. What's he going to do when someone bumps into him on the subway, or takes his parking spot? He's a ticking time bomb who has demonstrated repeatedly that he can't be trusted in public.
