In 1964, Duke University constitutional law professor William Van Alstyne asked 96 professors who taught the Constitution in one way or another to take the tests as they were practiced in Alabama, the result shows a failure rate for 70% of questions, therefore eliminating them all. He thus proves that the questions were intentionally written to confuse the reader, to put him in check to prevent him from registering. Of all the states, Louisiana has written the most discriminatory tests where the absurd rubs shoulders with complexity.
If you had your fifth grade it wasn't required to pass this test. And now guess which part of the population....
let me lay down some tistuff wisdom for ya boi
a smart person can see his/her own failings and know they are not 'smart. so they tend to shy away from positions of authority
the dummy doesnt see his own failings so he tends to think he is smart and wants to be boss all the time...............
