I had to train one of those guys on big industrial machinery and it was so fkn stressful lol, was during covid too so on top of the language barrier, we both had to wear masks, had to wear earplugs and goggles for safety equipment and the goggles constantly fogged up because of the masks.

So dude was a moron plus we couldn't see or hear eachother and I was responsible to train him how to use a giant machine that could crush him in a second.

most of the professional level indian immigrants those that arein tech, finance, accounting, or management consulting etc., do their 3-4 yrs and then peace out to the US and build some really good communities there.

canada gets left with a lot of the low skilled class who import the 3rd world mentality. i work with a ton of indian expats and they all say that this country needs to stop immigration from india and do a review of their international students for those who have overstayed their visas and get them out. they make it harder for those who want to be better and evolve to be accepted into an integrated society.
