And somehow doing these things with no remorse at all is better? Christians are cognizant of their own sinful nature and thus do better to sin less, unlike atheists who sin with no remorse or contrition

As a victim of a priest whilst in reform school i call cap, you pay homage to sinning less whilst continuing to do whatever you like.
Feeling bad about doing bad things but still doing them is WORSE that being a psychopath or an "atheist who just does whatever".
Imagine how many victims the local priest would have if he never tried to do better, the last one they arrested had 96, if he was an atheist i guess it would have been 200.

I am sorry that you suffered abuse from a priest, however your story is just one anecdote. For every 1 person abused by a priest there are 1000 abused by godless people. If you take a gander at everyone arrested for violent crime in a given period you'll find 99.9% of them are degenerate godless people.

This is true. Never should we be proud of our sin for that is unholy.
