I also hear its like the first time in a long time where the leaders of the military arent democratically appointed as they have been in the past

Army is going buck wild need to investigate the mans... they also have the actual guns like who is gonna go up to the American military and say you are under arrest for fraud and embezzlement put down your tanks and come quietly, like can we just talk about this for a second

Cut their budget completely. And say you provide accountability or no more funding. Watch them find a nickel they dropped 10 years ago.
It requires senate of armed services committee to have balls. Or someone to appoint the right committee members to do it.

Don't think anyone can understand your unintelligible nonsense. Who knows maybe you had one too many mushrooms. At this point no one cares least of all me. You and a bunch of other lonely trolls are background noise. I am honestly surprised how mods allow you to post here.

Maybe mouth breathing condition with small chin?
I cant remember if it was you who said that he was drinking mountain dew and spending his 200 government paycheck on a genshin impact skin for his 14 year old anime character while plugging in his responses into some generator. I cracked up harder then I should have tbh. Because that's exactly how I picture him.

Anyway not to be distracted by those trolls I'll add this here.

"Committee Approves FY24 Defense Bill
Jun 22, 2023 Press Release
WASHINGTON – Today, the Full Committee met to consider the Fiscal Year 2024 bill for the Defense Subcommittee. The measure was approved by the Committee with a vote of 34 to 24.

The Defense bill funds agencies and programs under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community, including the Military Services, Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency. For Fiscal Year 2024, the bill provides $826.45 billion in new discretionary spending, which is $285.87 million over the President’s Budget Request and $28.71 billion – or 3.6% – over the FY23 enacted level."

Sounds like risky business. They can inflict a lot of damage if they want to.

I remember something about how someone (I forgot whether it was a POTUS), basically a really high-ranking politician wanted to clean house (or cut off funding, can't remember) with the CIA, and then the CIA feds made it very plain that they would revolt. So nothing became of it.

Some arms of the government are so powerful that they are really untouchable.

I would not trust this guy at all (considering what i heard about him personally) but this is a pretty good excuse, especially when you know how large structures are functionning:

From reddit;

Rumsfeld said:
The technology revolution has transformed organizations across the private sector, but not ours, not fully, not yet. We are, as they say, tangled in our anchor chain. Our financial systems are decades old. According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions. We cannot share information from floor to floor in this building because it's stored on dozens of technological systems that are inaccessible or incompatible.

also things like:

double-counts (or more) things

and this:

In 2002 after some system and process upgrades the number of improperly tracked transactions was reduced to 900B.

I get it but it seems like a weak excuse to take trillions of dollars and then 30 years later be like "BUT THERES NO MONEY TO UPGRADE OUR ACCOUNTING THO"

if they werent inept then they wouldn't be in this situation to begin. Its no excuse to say we had too much money so our accounting was off. Spend money on a better accounting system then. But they didnt, therefore, dicks
