That makes sense, but in that sense they were not chosen because of the colour of their skin but by their utilitarian physical parameters & ability to work in the heat (which are correlated with their skin colour)

correlated with their skin color might be the dumbest way i could think of to describe ability to work 12 hour days in 100 degree heat under the hot sun. kudos.

this isn't true

/e that is to say that it seems you are postulating that the only significant biological difference is skin color which is obviously untrue

no, there are biological differences between races. there just aren't any proven that would suggest they cause an increase in violent behavior or increased criminality.

whereas every study ever into poverty shows this link. no studies into sickle cell anemia seem to. unless u dial back to 1800s eugenicists.

you think that just because something with relatively the same words in the issue 'voting rights, districting' etc etc that happens to democrats means that anything at all bad in any way that republicans do/ have just gotten SHIT ON by the supreme court over makes me stupid for not staunchly purveying such a fact.

whos the one with little knowledge fam lmk

Last year the NY Supreme Court rejected the gerrymandered district maps that went to extensive lengths to benefit the democrat party by tying extremely rural areas in with blue voting cities.

It is almost impossible to bring up a more relevant situation. It is insane to think you post the words you type and think you are winning some argument.

Did the dems plant fake electors to send fake certification documents to the capitol to say that the dems got more votes in swing states and in situations where the other party got more votes?

Did the dems try to argue in court that the states decide who elects and therefore there is no federal jurisdiction to stop them from sending fake electors and fake documents to say who won the elections?

Find the article that talks about the dems doing that

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court declined Tuesday to impose new limits on state courts’ reviewing certain election-related issues by ruling against Republicans in North Carolina fighting for a congressional district map that would heavily favor their candidates.

The justices ruled in a 6-3 vote that the North Carolina Supreme Court was acting within its authority in concluding that the map constituted a partisan gerrymander under the state Constitution.

This is a quote from your post, which I initially responded to, is it not?

This is a lengthy article about that exact topic, is it not?

This article mentions absolutely nothing about fake electors, correct?

Keep in mind I know the answer to every one of these questions.

But there is nothing impossible about this though. It could very well be the case that certain races have a higher frequency of allele/s that predispose a greater proportion of the people towards violent behavior.

Its a pretty reasonable suggestion that every time a branch of one government challenges another in a legal case over an undefined and obscure facet of law, the losing party should all be subject to arrest, imprisonment or worse.
Supreme court cases would be a lot more interesting if Alito got up and commanded the marshal to bring him the loser's head. Granted, a 54 year old woman ain't the most imposing headsman but give her enough gravity and leverage.
You think Trump's elector scheme was bad? After John Marshall wrote for the court that Madison illegally refused to deliver judicial commissions, he skipped the writ of mandamus and issued a writ of damnatio memoriae. You ever heard of America's true 3rd president, James Longfellow? No? Court had him drawn and quartered in front of the steps of congress and all vestiges of his name purged from society.

or maybe call me crazy but overreaching political maneuvers should be answered by answering them, not trying to lock up your political opponents.

After the 2016 election... the Dems passed laws that electors not voting for the party they "signed up as", was punishable by fines and possible expulsion and replacement.

You DO know that one of these days... your kid or the like will read your posts and wonder if you need mental health assistance, don't you?
