When he talked about his divorce on his show he kept gesturing at his wife "being allowed" to leave. He clearly just wants women to be stuck in marriage with abusive assholes.

While he's clearly a controlling abusive idiot, that part i personally believe came from a place where he's upset the woman can still get 50% of his money without him consenting to the divorce. he wants the law to allow women to leave, but the men to not have to pay if it isn't mutual.

which is illogical, no man who has money would ever agree.

If you want to look at it as a business contract then you have to see it as a partnership. Both parties contribute to the partnership equally but perhaps in different ways. When that partnership ends, it’s a 50/50 split.


It’s called a prenuptial agreement. As long as the terms of the prenup are adhered to, that’s possible. Also, you can’t threatens someone safety or well being.
