I am saying that infants up to a certain point do not have consciousness. I understand you think you are arguing from a pro life position but in reality your argument can be used in favor of infanticide………

The life of a fetus really starts when loved by its mother, then officially at birth. Consciousness starts later, first memories. Like 3-5 years or so.
Abortion pill is fine, along with condoms...

As I said before... no one is taking away women's rights. Women have the right to close their legs, any time they want.
Everything after that... is just BS.

I made it to 66 yrs. old and managed not to get anyone preggers, and still had fun, so I know it's doable.
Just takes a bit of self control, on both sides of the gender aisle.

I met a woman who had 2 children. The guy was engaged first then left her like a scared dog. He lied to her and maybe even to himself. Now she's alone and not much other men want her...
Women can do poor choices, but men are very certainly much more reponsible: by nature women are more sociable and are conceiding more on trust. That and rapes or drugs... So this pill is a huge solution.

So keep it low with your stupid "Women have the right to close their legs" statement.

There's always been a ton of religious institutions that are against birth control, even the catholic church has that as their official stance.

How are you defining consciousness that excludes infants?

public polls on the Pill always defied the church's stance, even among church goers. all of the catholic girls i knew were on the pill.

my dad even went to a catholic school k-12 and they taught the rhythm method in sex ed. abstinence is the stated preference, but they've never been naïve enough to deny premarital sex exists.

Catholics, above all other sects ive interacted with, defy their own church's teachings more than any other. its just a massive pack of judgey hypocrites.
