Thats funny.

I would support a public competition or debate between them on which one is doing a better job understanding, supporting and defending the constitution.

It's not a question of minding. Soros openly funds half of the far left DAs in this country. And given the abject failure of those policies, of course people mind. It's a question of whether or not they think that's a crime.

The amount of money linked between Soros and campaign funds for district attorneys is pretty astounding.

people are happy to impeach or force resignations for non-crimes, and we all know it.

I'm sure the republicans will be very responsible and trustworthy when handed this precedent instead of exploiting it the moment the ball is in their court

i agree it would spiral out, and that's why i dont support moral impeachment, and haven't since Bill Clinton if we're looking backwards. moral standards are to be used in elections, not office.

it's still reality, the american people use laws as nothing but an appeal to authority to bolster their moral standards. their are no law abiding citizens, their are only people who's wishes currently align with the legal code.

Looks like Clarence Thomas sold property to Harlan Crow and failed to disclose the transaction as required under 5 USC ยง 13104.

Now you can make whatever arguments regarding other gifts Thomas may have received from Crow, but property transactions have specific reporting requirements, of which Thomas appears to be in violation.
