kicked out the PA court case haha
(Reuters) -A federal appeals court on Friday rejected an attempt by U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign to block President-elect Joe Biden from being declared the winner of Pennsylvania, dealing another significant setback to Trump's bid to overturn the Nov. 3 election.
"Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so," wrote Stephanos Bibas on behalf of a three-judge panel.
1. They are serious, but not serious enough to send a media representative to? Why are their statements contradicting their actual actions? Have you seen even 1 of the 700 interviewed? IT whistleblowers? Ex AG Election official? Why did they lie about a whistleblowers recant and then have to retract the story?
You still trust th system right in front of your eyes?https://i.imgur.com/ukS8N01.jpgQuote
2. "Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here," wrote Bibas, who was nominated by Trump.
The Trump campaign and its supporters have tried and failed to convince judges of election irregularities in Michigan, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada, all critical to Biden's victory.
You see any charges being filed or an expedited request to push through the system to appeal due to nature of the case? Happy to link you to that post explanation as well

This final part reads like an assertive OPINION. Can you link me to article you cited. Need to verify you're not using an OPED as a source.
Why? Trump team is clearly not trying to convince lower courts by asking to expedite. Plan here is to appeal ASAP until it reach supreme court. Happy to provide additional details.
Not far after the other one.
Holy shit. Will try to fix lll
