Honestly pretty normal for Minnesota 'nice', the state is full passive aggressive. St.Cloud state tri-county region (adjacent to Minneapolis) is riddled with white supremacist usually making news for swastika or assaulting Muslims or harassing the foreign exchange students. Duluth Jewish synagogue set ablaze in recent years. Generally no one like the Somali. Point is a lot of shithole groups operate in MN. Maybe one of them will reconcile Hamas flag waver troll.

Nazis waving swastikas show up to a proud boy rally and get attacked by proud boys and ejected. Hamas supporters waving Hamas flags show up to the ostensibly 'pro palestinian' rally and the people cheer, they join together and attack motorists and fire some shots at them.

Same crowd as the BLM riots in 2020. Its not a slippery slope, its a ski slalom. You give the extremists an inch and bend society to their whims and next thing you know you've got islamist terrorists running amok in the streets cheering for 9/11 2.0

Looks like the old guy tried to push through a crowd of people and that worked out poorly, got out of his still moving car for some reason (maybe he had a gun?) Whatever the case that is probably when he got hit as he jumped back in the car and kept trying to push through.

The protesters let him through the barricade and he took off into the road that was barricaded at the other end as well. Some of the protestors chased after him and caught up when he reached the barricade, there was also 2 or 3 ATVs and a dirt bike with masked dudes who rolled up and instantly started attacking the vehicle until the man drove off again.

The man with the HAMAS flag was one of the masked guys on the ATVs, they pull up right before the situation becomes violent. Also didn't notice the dirtbike or ATVs at the protest but haven't seen much video of it yet.

Seems pretty glowy considering cops were not present and told to stand down when it happened, even after hearing about gunshots.

They've been doing the same thing numerous times since George Floyd, its the same people, same places. Cops are told to stand down, protesters shut down streets without a permit and some unlucky motorist stumbles into it and gets attacked by the mob. The worst incident was the truck driver on I35 delivering gas who came over the hill, saw thousands of people illegally swarming on the bridge and miraculously braked fast enough to stop just short of the crowd. Would have been hundreds killed without his fast reaction. Mobs reaction was to beat him and mug him and steal his phone and wallet. DA Ellisons reaction was to charge the truck driver and none of the rioters. Why do you think the cops want no part of that?

Stumbles into it isn't a great description for trying to drive through it. I think this type of protest is extremely stupid and likely to lead to violence but they were also not just attacking random cars. The man tried to drive through and then got out to wave around a knife.

The reason it was allowed before is exactly the same, so the resulting violence could be used to justify new government policies or interests. The only difference is the framing, if someone had run down a crowd of Floyd enthusiasts it would be framed like Charlottesville and the left would have eaten it up, just like the right is going to eat up this narrative.
