you're forgetting about the implied power dynamic from the lower place blacks have in society. so his criticism is racist when weaponized against a marginalized class. also the historic abuses by law enforcement disproportionately against people of color clearly is in context here. his avatar is a dog, clearly referencing not only dog whistles but also the use of police K9 units to break up civil rights activities. he may as well be using the name "Peaceful Firehose", because his avatar is deeply triggering to blacks. Oh you have sunglasses on also, as if your abuse of power is cool. And what is "cool" anyways, except for a grouping of culturally appropriated style choices, music, and culture that wasn't acceptable for people of color but is for whites who thieve it. And he's scrubbed her username, clearly invoking unmarked graves and indiscriminate killing of blacks by roaming KKK gangs that came to power to show blacks their rightful place in a post slavery south.
